This First Wave announcement represents only five of the thirty films that will be named Official Selections for 2011. Submissions are still be accepted through October 7, 2011. The next OSF announcement date is September 23rd. 24fps, now in its 13th year, is a curated exhibition and juried competition open to any and all filmmakers worldwide. Films must be of a running time of 20 minutes or less, and produced after January 1, 2008.
