Five new films have been named Official Selections of the 2010 24fps International Short Film festival. This "second wave" announcement brings the total so far to thirteen. Projects in the second wave represent the United States, France, Canada, and the UK. They were chosen from an already record number of submitted projects and include narrative, documentary, and animation.
