Artist Bio

Richard Raymond started his career at Pinewood Studios, UK when he was 15 years old, establishing himself as a regular face there while interning on movies such as Richard Attenborough's Shadowlands, Neil Jordan's Interview With The Vampire, Luc Besson's The Fifth Element and Kenneth Branagh's Frankenstein. In 2009 Richard produced the feature Heartless, starring Jim Sturgess. In 2015 Richard marked his debut as director with the acclaimed feature film Desert Dancer, based on the remarkable true story of the Iranian dancer Afshin Ghaffarian.

SOULS OF TOTALITY was the first film to shoot a narrative sequence during a real solar eclipse. It was the winner of the Audience Award at the Rhode Island International Film Festival, received a Special Mention from the Jury at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, and lead actress Tatiana Maslany was the winner of the Maverick Spirit Award at the Cinequest San Jose Film Festival.
