LITURGY OF ANTI-TANK OBSTACLES was nominated for the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, and has been seen in the Clermont-Ferrand, Hong Kong, Palm Springs and Toronto International Short Film Festivals, among others. It is part of the New Yorker Magazine Documentary Series. At the Huesca International Film Festival, the film won the main prize in the Documentary Competition and was directly classified for the pre-selection of the next Hollywood Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Documentary Short Film Award.
Dmytro Sukholytkyy-Sobchuk is a Ukrainian author and filmmaker, graduated from the Kyiv National I.K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University. He is a participant of the Berlinale Talents, Locarno Film Academy and is the founder of the script platform Terrarium.
