Davka is a teenager who lives in the decaying Soviet buildings in Ulaanbaatar. When Davka encounters an older woman, his ideas about intimacy and his view of relationships are forced to change.

SNOW IN SEPTEMBER was nominated for the Golden Firebird Award at the 2023 Hong Kong International Short Film Festival, was the winner of the Venice Horizons Award at the 2022 Venice Film Festival and the Jury Award for Best Short FIlm at the 2022 Toronto Film Festival.


Lkhagvadulam Purev-Ochir is a Mongolian filmmaker whose debut short film MOUNTAIN CAT, was screened in the short films competition at the 2020 Cannes Film Festival and won the Sonje Award for Best Asian Short Film. It was also a selection at the 2021 24fps International Short Film Festival.
