BOB’S FUNERAL was the winner of the Short Film Jury Award for Non-Fiction at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. It was also the winner of Best Documentary at the Aspen Shortsfest and the Audience Award at the Champs-Élysées Film Festival.
Jack Dunphy is a filmmaker, animator, actor, and writer whose short films Serenity, Chekhov, Revelations, and Brontosaurus have played at Sundance, Slamdance, AFI, The Champs- Élysées Film Festival, True/False, and many others. He wrote and produced the feature films Stinking Heaven and The Great Pretender. Jack was named one of the 25 New Faces of Independent Film by Filmmaker Magazine.
