Jean, a cantankerous former soldier turned breeder, is furious when he discovers that one of his goats has run away again. Ready to do anything to teach him a lesson, Jean attracts the wrath of Jupiter.
JUPITER is the acclaimed director’s first film shot in France and is is presented in partnership with Canal + France.
Carlos Segundo was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He teaches Audiovisual Arts in the Department of Social Communication at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). He is mostly knows for his feature debut Slits, his short film Big Bang and his Oscar-shortlisted short film Sideral. He also curates festivals, exhibitions and workshops. In 2009 he founded the production company 'O sopro do tempo.
