Leo and Diana, a rich couple, bring a broken TV to a recycle point. They meet Salif and his son, two scrap dealers. Diana asks them to come to their house to get more objects.
HE MASTERPIECE won the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. It was also winner of Special Recognition at the 2024 Aspen Shortsfest, Best Live Action Short at the 2024 Raindance Film Festival, and Best Screenplay at the 2024 Medina Film Festival.
Alex Lora is a Spanish filmmaker, winner of seven Emmys and two Gaudí Awards, who has been nominated for a Goya and for the Student Oscars. He has also co-written and edited We Are Living Things and co-directed The Fourth Kingdom and Thy Father’s Chair.
