24fps is a juried competition, open to any independent or student filmmaker worldwide.
Works will be considered for competition only if they were completed after January 1, 2022.
Submissions for 2024 will be accepted through June 11, 2024.
All qualified entries must be independently produced and financed. Films produced, financed or developed by a major film studio or television network are ineligible for competition. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.

To be eligible for consideration, a film project must be of a maximum running time of 20 minutes or less . The minimum run time is 1 minute. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.

24fps accepts all genres including narrative dramatic, narrative comedy, documentary, experimental, music video, or musical works. The Festival committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project.
