There is most always a disparity between what we want and what we deserve. As humans, it is very often our constitution to hide our true selves. We frequently fear our own nature, often for a myriad of reasons that can be incredibly complicated and incredibly personal. But in actuality, it is our differences that make us uniquely human. No matter what our ethnicity, orientation, upbringing, belief system, or political views, we all have the capacity to love, mourn, hurt, distrust, forgive and triumph. This is our COMMON BOND.
